It's arrived

This year for Aurelia's birthday I decided to create a Photobook for her. I don't have the patience for normal scrapbooking. The thought of all that glitter makes me shudder. So digital scrapbooking and photo organising for our house.

Raya adores reading books and what better than a book where she is the main character.

The original plan was to have it ready for her birthday but, well, even the best laid plans go astray. I decided at the last minute and the project took longer than expected to complete. Now that I have done it once I could do a far more professional job the second time around however it meets the standards of my 3 year old.

I prefer to use momento for my photobooks. I have used alternate companies but I love the quality and speed with which they can complete projects and sometimes you have to pay for these projects.

So last night when we arrived home I discovered that her Photobook had been delivered. She was so excited to open it this morning and I loved looking back at how much she has grown over the last year.

I would love to show the entire book, which is a feature of the momento software - you can email your finished product to friends, however there are other children's images in the book and their parents don't want their child on the blog. Fair enough.

So here is a page of just my adorable Aurelia

Do you create photobooks for your kids, videos or powerpoints for when they are older? How are you recording the memories?
