Yasawa Islands I'll see you in September

Report writing time can stir up procrastination like nothing else. Facebook status updates of recent weeks have been filled with reports of teachers cleaning their houses, baking and playing Angry Birds Apps. While all of those things are worthy procrastination activities my preferred method of procrastination is travel planning.

However this procrastination was slightly more purposeful because I was planning our next overseas adventure. About time to shake ourselves out of this home bound rut. Dust off our passports and start checking baggage again. Brace yourself Amex card.

For the first time ever I have applied for long service leave and since I had to work hard to earn it, I figured it had best be well spent.

So let's take a seaplane to get their quickly

I will take a nice bed
and I would like my bed closely located to the beach.
I'll take my shower outdoors under the stars thanks

I

And somewhere to sit and relax when I am tired of our hammock.

Since I can't scuba dive being asthmatic I will settle for some awesome snorkelling

and then a cocktail and a sunset sounds like the perfect finish.

Throw into the close mix family who also happen to be friends and a wedding at the end of our stay in Fiji and September is looking pretty good to me.

As for now my reports are all done and we are counting down to some serious fun in the sun.

Like what you see? Well check out this link to where we are staying in the Yasawa Islands Blue Lagoon Resort

We'll be reviewing it for other parents who are looking for the non-kids club experience on our return.

Until then are you planning any family adventures away?
